About Tara  Tara Barry has been practicing yoga for over 7 years. The power vinyasa style truly resonated with her and became her ‘first love’ in yoga. When she committed to practicing regularly, Tara experienced dramatic personal growth and energetic shifts. However, it was not until she met Kelley Rush of Two Rivers Yoga in Carnation, WA that this healing through yoga became an active, intentional process, not just an occasional magical side-benefit of stretching and moving in new ways. Through Forrest Yoga, she became a true believer in the power of yoga to transform and heal. Tara delights in sharing her passion for yoga.
